UPSI Physical Test Details
After clearing the written test, candidates are required to qualify the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
For Male Candidates:
Height: Minimum 168 cm (General/OBC/SC), 160 cm (ST)
Chest: 79 cm (unexpanded) + 5 cm expansion
For Female Candidates:
Height: Minimum 152 cm (General/OBC/SC), 147 cm (ST)
Running Test:
Male: 4.8 km in 28 minutes
Female: 2.4 km in 16 minutes
