Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of providing technical assistance to judges, chambers staff, and court personnel. Your daily work will involve:

Troubleshooting and resolving problems with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and courtroom technology.

Supporting audio/visual systems and digital recording software in courtrooms.

Acting as the primary point of contact for technical help—whether in person, by phone, or via email.

Preparing and setting up equipment such as phones, printers, scanners, projectors, and other peripherals.

Deploying and testing hardware and software before implementation.

Assisting users with office applications such as word processing, email, browsers, and other essential tools.

Educating and training staff on the effective use of court hardware and applications.

Supporting broader IT administrative tasks and collaborating with the IT team on networking and audiovisual tasks.

Working with key technologies including Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and virtualization tools.

Required Qualifications
