Steps to Highlight Duplicates in Excel

  1. Select the Data Range:

  2. Open Conditional Formatting:
    • Go to the Home tab on the ribbon.
    • Click Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values.
  3. Choose Formatting Style:
