Which documents will be required?

What does the refund policy say?
If for some reason you change your mind after taking admission, IGNOU’s refund policy can be a relief for you. Although the registration fee is non-refundable, the course fee can be refunded under certain conditions. If you request a refund before admission is confirmed, the entire fee will be refunded. If the admission is confirmed, a refund will be given after deducting 15% of the fee, but the maximum deduction will be up to ₹ 2000. If you have chosen the soft copy of the study material, then only the registration fee will be deducted and the remaining fee will be refunded.
