Private Schools Must Comply
Rajasthan has over 31,000 private schools, and all of them must comply with the 25% seat reservation rule under RTE. Schools are required to update their enrollment data by March 24, 2025, to ensure a smooth admission process. No private school is allowed to reject a child’s admission if they qualify under RTE. After the lottery draw on April 9, 2025, parents will need to submit the required documents between April 9 and April 15, 2025. Private schools will verify the documents by August 21, 2025, after which the final list of admitted students will be published.
First List Announcement and Final Admission Deadline
The first selection list will be released on May 9, 2025, by the National Informatics Centre (NIC). If any student fails to complete their admission process, a second list will be published. The final deadline for admissions is August 31, 2025.
