When was the GATE 2025 exam held?

This year the GATE exam was conducted on four days – 1, 2, 15 and 16 February 2025. There were examinations for 30 different subjects in this exam. Candidates were allowed to take the exam for one or a maximum of two subjects.

- There you will find the link to download GATE 2025 answer key, click on it.
- To login, enter your registration details and submit.
- After this the answer key will open on your screen.
- Check it thoroughly and download it for future.
How to object to the answer key (Challenge Process)?
If you feel that there is a mistake regarding any answer in the answer key, then you can challenge it till March 1, 2025. For this you:
- Go to the official website and choose the challenge option.
- After this you have to select the question on which you are registering objection.
- You have to upload proof and necessary documents in support of this.
- You can submit your challenge by paying the prescribed fee.
GATE 2025 Exam Pattern
This time three types of questions were asked in GATE 2025:
- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) – which have four options and one has to choose the correct answer.
- Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) – which can have more than one correct answer.
- Numerical Answer Type (NAT) – where the answer has to be given in the form of numbers.
