Disseminator – Inform employees about change taking place in the internal and external environment that will affect them and the organization.

Spokesperson – Launch a national advertising camping to promote new goods and services.

c. Decisional Roles

Entrepreneur – Commits organization resources to develop innovative goods and services.

Disturbance handler – Move Quickly to take corrective action to deal with unexcepted problems facing by the organization.

Resource allocator – Allocate organizational resources among different functions and departments.

Negotiator – Work with suppliers, distributors, and labors unions to reach agreements about quality and price of input, technical and human resources.
